Yeast Infection on The Asshole

I have been suffering from candida overgrowth for a few years and decided to start on an anti-candida diet.
I am takign Holland & Barrett’s "Yeast Raider" capsules which contain:

im 17 and about 1 day and 1/2 ago my vagina got(and still is) really sore and painful to the touch right around the vaginal opening, painful burning during urination and swolen.
i looked up some stuff on it and it said it is likely to happen around your period(which i just got this morning) and [...]

can it spread? is there any natural cure that is not full of chemicals?
