Yeast Infection on The Asshole

is it necessary to completely heal the infection or does monistat, azo tablets, and diflucan for example just relieve the symptoms? im just wondering what ingredient in any of these would completely heal the infection.

i heard avocado/guacamole is good,almond/almond butter, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, but what else?
and is ALL alcohol to be eliminated?
