Well first off, you may want to quit with the happy time until you get this under control! You probably did get this from your ex, it is quite common for a couple to pass a yeast infection back and forth between each other. If you have followed the docs advice and taken your meds as directed, kept the area clean and DRY (yeast thrives in moist damp environs!) it should clear up. I suggest if you are still having pain, and the doc says the yeast is gone, you may want to ask him about checking you for a testicular hernia, especially if you do any heavy lifting or extreme workouts/weightlifting.

Right I am sorry 1st off if I do not answer your Q, but thrush is a common thing in women not usually caused through sex but can be passed on during sex, my ex had it once and he just had white spots and no pain, he used cream for a few days and it was gone.

My ex gave me an STI, and I gave birth with it also, it effected me and my baby in bad ways although easily resolved.
The main thing is that the people at the health centre where I went to be checked said that STI's and STD's sometimes do not show up until 3 months after your last unprotected sex, so maybe they are just not showing up as yet, wait until 3 months and have a full sexual health check again is the only advice I have the experience to give.
I know you prob do not feel like doing it, but do not have any sex at all until you have this check I am sure you would not want to pass any potential infection or disease onto anyone else.
Good luck I think you just need to wait and go through the check up all over again, if it comes back neg then there is something else wrong.

First, quit anything that is pushing up your blood pressure. Next, yeast thrives on carbohydrates, so eliminate all beer, alcohol, sugar, bread, starch for at least 30 days. Drink 3 quarts of water. Do not take any single vitamins because they have unhealthy side effects. Take only pharmaceutical grade, balanced antioxidants, vitamins, and mineral supplements. You will recover fine.
