You can get something over-the-counter at Wal-mart or the pharmacy now. And eliminate soft drinks, anything with sugar and cut back on fruit, they only feed the infection. You can take a warm bath with apple-cider vinegar in it to help. They say for your first yeast infection to go to the doctor, and if you have any more then get checked because you could be turning into a diabetic.
