Yeast Infection on The Asshole

My partner and i are in a monogamous relationship, i have been with him for 3 years. We have unprotected sex. I caught my first yeast infection when i was fifteen and now i continue to get them. They might go away for a little while (maybe a week) but then they come back, this is ruining my life. I bought super acidophiles and candida flush medicine from Gnc, i hope it works, but will i have to take this forever? Why am i still getting these damn yeast infections? I kno my partner might have it, but he has no symptoms, is there anyway he can take some monistat and rub it on his penis head. Will that work? Also, i had a theory…since semen has glucose in it (maybe only low doses) and yeast thrives off sugar, can him ejaculating in me cause these yeast infections. Because it happens right after we have sex.
