It is red and very itchy! Poor guy! Get some Lotrimin at the pharmacy department of Walmart (or any pharmacy). It's over the counter and add a little bit of hydrocortisone 1% cream to it (you can get that over the counter too) and put it on the rash. He'll feel better in no time! What I would do is slather on and then put on about 3 pairs of underwear and sleep with it on.
