I need help finding some info on Candida overgrowth?

I am looking for a good site that outlines good and bad foods for yeast overgrowth- not for a certain part of the body but for the whole system. If someone could find a site that has recipes as well I would be so thankful. I think my whole family needs to go on this diet, we all have a majority of these symptoms. I am having a hard time finding a decent site- most of them are trying to sell a book .

Probably because the symptoms are pretty common. I honestly looked into this years ago due to allergies. There is little to no real proof of excessive Candida overgrowth, problem one. Problem two the so called treatments are usually expensive and don’t produce results. I say results because there are no real tests for this candida problem The patients don’t feel better and are usually more frustrated having spent money on treatments (usually some herbal concoction) and the trouble of changing their diet to some weird, bland, often expressive diets. Basically turns you into a vegan. If your family is picky they won’t like it a bit.
. If I remember correctly the Mayo clinic had some Information on it. They were the only how do I say it recognized medical professionals that were doing any studies on it at the time. They might have more info now.
    Good Luck
