However, I would not call any of these things a "cure" but rather a temporary fix. What you need to do is take care of the root problem here. I know from experience that you will eventually get another yeast infection! What happens is that these pills and cremes treat the symptoms and so the yeast seems to be gone when really it is still "hiding" in your body just waiting for the right conditions to return.
