Would an anti-candida diet help me with my seborrheic dermatitis?

I’m asking because I have seborrheic dermatitis (I’m currently in the middle of a flare-up) and would like to keep off steroids. I understand that seborrheic dermatitis is fungal-related (to Candida and yeast) and auto-immune related, and feel that a diet that goes against the growth of candida would help me with this condition. What is your opinion on this?

My opinion is that, first of all, it’s really not related to yeast, and secondly, an anti-candida diet wouldn’t help at all. There is a dermatologist in the U.S. who claims that psoriasis is related to intestinal candida, but he’s in the minority of opinion.
